Honest evaluator analysis of your proposal to help you do strategic modifications

From 476€ | 15 days turnaround

[LIMITED AVAILABILITY]

Writing 200+ hours doesn't mean your proposal is ready

What you think after finishing the draft

  • The research gap is clear

  • The host adds value to the project

  • The methodology is solid

  • The training plan covers everything

What the evaluator sees

  • "Not sufficiently differentiated from existing work"

  • "Host role not essential to the scientific objectives"

  • "No preliminary data supporting feasibility"

  • "Generic training activities, not project-specific"

These aren't writing problems. They're scoring problems. And you won't see them until the ESR arrives.

AI can't do this. You can't do this alone.

How It Works

When this service makes sense

It makes sense if:

  • You have a complete or near-complete Part B1

  • You have at least 3-4 weeks before the submission deadline

  • This is your first application and you have no external evaluator feedback

  • You used AI to write and want to know if the result would hold up in front of a real panel

When it does not make sense

  • Your deadline is less than 3 weeks away (not enough time to implement meaningful fixes)

  • You are still at concept stage with nothing written (the Concept Review is the right fit)

  • Your supervisor has real MSCA evaluation experience and is actively reviewing your draft

Common Questions

Q: Do I need to have Part B2 as well?

A: No. The evaluation focuses on Part B1, which is where scoring is determined. B2 is reviewed only if you share it.

Q: Is it too late if my deadline is in 3 weeks?

A: It depends. Contact us with your deadline before requesting. We'll confirm availability.

Q: How is this different from the Resubmission Diagnostic?

A: The Resubmission Diagnostic works backwards: from rejection to root cause. This service works forward: from a draft to what the panel would score it. If you haven't submitted yet, this is the right one.

Q: What if my proposal needs major changes?

A: We'll tell you. The report is honest, including if the timeline doesn't allow for meaningful improvement before your deadline.

Q: Can I request this if I'm resubmitting but haven't been scored yet?

A: Yes. If you're resubmitting a revised proposal and want it evaluated before sending, this is exactly the right service.

Q: I was rejected before, but I'm making significant changes to my proposal. Which service is right for me?

A: If you are changing the research concept, the host institution, or the scientific panel, you are effectively writing a new proposal. The previous ESR is still useful context, but what needs evaluating is the new draft, not the rejection. In that case, Pre-Submission Evaluation is the right fit. If you are keeping the core concept and primarily refining the existing proposal based on evaluator feedback, Resubmission Diagnostic applies.
