Common Questions
Q: I scored 75/100. Should I automatically resubmit?
A: Not automatically. Depends on WHERE you lost points. If Excellence was weak, concept has issues. If Impact/Implementation weak, more fixable. We diagnose which.
Q: What if you recommend NOT resubmitting?
A: We tell you why + suggest alternatives (different scheme, concept pivot, host change). Better to know now than waste months.
Q: How is this different from rereading my ESR?
A: ESR tells you WHAT evaluators didn't like. We tell you WHY and HOW to fix it - from evaluator perspective, not candidate guess.
Q: Can I still start before the September 9, 2026 deadline?
A: Yes, if you start before July 31, 2026. That leaves enough time for evaluator matching, a full 12 business day review, and a realistic window to implement changes before the portal closes. Requests submitted between July 31 and August 10 are accepted on a best effort basis only, for candidates who already have a near final draft, since there won't be enough time left for anything beyond minor adjustments. After August 10, we shift focus to candidates preparing for the 2027 call.
